JOB DESCRIPTION:
? Track all appointments to include purpose, outcomes, and follow-up needs
? Attending the calls
? Managing enquiries
? Guiding students about our courses
? Demonstrate continuous effort to improve operations, decrease turnaround times, streamline work processes, and work cooperatively and jointly to provide quality, seamless customer service.
? Evaluate students or clients background, education and training to help them develop realistic goals.
? Understanding the client’s career preferences and concerns.
? Informing clients of befitting and profitable career choices.
? Assisting clients in developing effective strategies for career growth.
