We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Admission Officer/Career Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in educational institutions, preferably in the vocational training space.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the entire admissions cycle, including lead generation, counseling, and final enrollment.
Provide career guidance to prospective students, helping them make informed decisions about their education and future.
Work towards achieving enrollment targets and contribute to the overall growth of the institution.
Maintain accurate records of leads, inquiries, and admissions using appropriate tools.
Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance outreach efforts and improve conversion rates.

Requirements:
Prior experience in admissions or counseling roles in educational institutions (vocational education experience is preferred).
A proven track record of achieving targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students and parents effectively.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
