Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our team! As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality beverages, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve coffee drinks, tea, and other beverages to exacting standards
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the coffee bar, equipment, and surrounding areas
- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of coffee, tea, and other beverages
- Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and making recommendations
- Work efficiently and effectively during busy periods
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and customer satisfaction

Requirements:
- 2-3 years experience as a Barista or in a related customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Availability to work varying shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
