Job Description

· Develop and maintain relationships with clients and their families to ensure their needs are being met

· Convert enquiry calls received at the Front Office.

· Brief the services offered by the Company to Enquiry clients over the phone and invite them to office for a face-to face discussion on services, Terms & Conditions, Rates and Public Holidays List.

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records for enquiries, Registered Clients and list of Active patients and communicate any changes to the care team as necessary .

· Arrange for skilled visits, Physiotherapy or Speech Therapy sessions and Doctors’ consultations against enquiries and make entries of the visits in Scheduling and Accounting software.

· Collect payment for Initial Assessment of patient.

· Coordinate with the Quality Team and Operations team for the conduct of Initial Assessment of the patient at home.

· Prepare the Client Services Agreement and get it signed by the Client Representative and the Branch Manager and file it in the individual patient file.

· Ensure that any issues or concerns that clients may have regarding their home healthcare services are resolved.

· Monitor client satisfaction by checking client emails and Google reviews regularly and take proactive steps to improve the overall client experience.

· Work closely with the care team and visit clients to ensure that clients receive high-quality care that meets their individual needs

· Provide regular reports to management on client satisfaction, retention, and growth.

· On Care Closure, ensure all dues are cleared and update the same in the Care closure form and intimate the Operations team to make corresponding entries in the scheduling software.
