Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated Ecommerce Operations Manager with proven experience in managing and optimizing ecommerce operations across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge in Shopify, Amazon, and Flipkart, and possess strong communication skills. This role requires proven experience and strong knowledge in performance marketing, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. Experience in logistics is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee daily operations on ecommerce platforms including Shopify, Amazon, and Flipkart.

- Develop and implement strategies to optimize ecommerce performance and achieve business goals.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including marketing, customer service, and logistics to ensure seamless operations.

- Analyze sales data and market trends to drive growth and enhance customer experience.

- Execute and monitor performance marketing campaigns, with a focus on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.

- Work closely with the marketing team to optimize product listings, advertising, and promotions.

- Oversee inventory management, order fulfillment, and logistics coordination.

- Troubleshoot and resolve any operational issues that arise on ecommerce platforms.

- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in Ecommerce Operations, with a strong background in Shopify, Amazon, and Flipkart.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

- Proven experience and strong knowledge in performance marketing, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

- Knowledge of logistics and supply chain management is an advantage.

- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.

Education & Experience:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in ecommerce operations or a similar role.

- Certification in Google Ads, Meta Ads, or LinkedIn Ads is a plus.
