Job Description:
- To plan production activities, Production meetings, Workers Schedules and budget maintenance Schedules and quality of products.
- The whole production has to be managed, or have to take care of all the features associated with a particular department. The safety measures have to be followed.


- Any quality related issue, have to find out the reason and ensure that it is not repeated.


- Ensure that receiving and shipping schedules are followed accurately.
- To collaborate and meet with others managers.
- See to it that the workers always abide by the safety rules associated with the industry.
- Conduct performance review of workers.
- Directing staff activities and monitoring their performance.
- Order stock materials for the workshop to maintain enough stock for the month without over supply.
