Job Description

The Field Sales Executive will be primarily responsible for generating high-quality leads through various offline channels. This role focuses on developing and executing strategies that attract potential customers using traditional marketing methods. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in offline lead generation and be capable of driving measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation:
• Design and implement effective lead generation strategies through offline channels, including events, print media, and direct promotions.
• Identify and target potential markets and audiences for lead acquisition.
• Collect and compile leads, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data for the sales team.
• Monitor and analyze the success of lead generation campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
2. Event Management:
• Plan and organize events, trade shows, and other offline activities aimed at lead generation.
• Ensure effective lead capture during events through strategic placement of marketing materials and engaging with potential customers.
• Manage post-event lead follow-up to ensure maximum conversion.
3. Print Media and Advertising:
• Develop and distribute print materials such as brochures, flyers, and posters to attract leads.
• Coordinate with vendors for the production and distribution of print advertising.
• Track the effectiveness of print campaigns in generating leads and refine strategies as needed.
4. Collaboration:
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless lead handoff and follow-up.
• Coordinate with the digital marketing team to align offline and online lead generation efforts.
• Maintain relationships with external partners, vendors, and agencies involved in offline marketing.
5. Reporting and Analysis:
• Regularly report on lead generation activities, including the number of leads generated and the effectiveness of different channels.
• Use data insights to improve and optimize offline lead generation tactics.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 1 year of experience or more in lead generation, particularly through offline channels.
• Strong understanding of traditional marketing techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office and marketing tools.
