Job Description
Cleaning & Sanitizing: Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, polishing, and scrubbing/sanitizing all surfaces, fixtures, and common areas.
Linen & Laundry: Changing bed linens, towels, and managing laundry (washing, drying, ironing).
Supply Management: Restocking toiletries, cleaning agents, and other guest/housekeeping supplies.
Maintenance Reporting: Identifying and reporting any damages, necessary repairs, or safety hazards to supervisors.
Guest Service: Handling lost and found items, ensuring guest privacy, and sometimes assisting guests with requests.
Equipment & Safety: Properly using, cleaning, and storing cleaning equipment and adhering to health/safety regulations.
