Job Description
? Candidates based in KSA
? Complete knowledge of KSA labor laws and labor courts .
? Should be able to create JD and skill matrix for staff and work independently with
inter departments to source, recruit , induct and retain employees.
? Should have local contacts for manpower outsourcing.
? Setting right VALUES and promoting Pluralism within a group is fundamental.
? Working with the Dubai Head office and knowledge of payroll and ESOB.
? Knowledge of QiWa and Muqeem and other governmental agencies that is critical to
apply for visas and other HR matters and Govt agencies
Terms :
? Employment Contract - 2 years
? Working hours - 10 hours (1 hour lunch break), Friday holiday
? Accommodation, transportation and Medical insurance - Will be provided by the client
? Food - Will be managed by candidates
? Leave benefits - 21 days leave per year as per SAUDI law (Leave salary will be paid
upon return of annual leave)
? Iqama - Provided by sponsor
? Joining Ticket - One way joining ticket up to SAR 800
CFC = 500 + Medical + Visa stamping cost extra
