Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
•Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks that facilitate the CEO’s ability to effectively lead the organization, including assisting with special projects; designing and producing complex documents, reports, and presentations; collecting and preparing information for meetings with staff and outside parties; composing and preparing correspondence.
•Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails and interfacing with clients.
•Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents
•Uphold a strict level of confidentiality
•Schedule meetings travel with CEO and appointments domestic & international
•Excellent organization and time-management skills
•Attends events to assist with the facilitation of operations and responds to emergencies, problems, etc. ensures assigned aspects of events are implemented and controlled according to plans.
•Attend mandatory meetings, trainings, events and complete in service curriculum requirements
•A team player capable of cultivating productive working relationships across the firm
•Strong computer skills Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Internet tools, Basic accounting skills
•Other responsibilities and projects as may be required.

English (Preferred)
Hindi
Malayalam
Strong writing and verbal communication skills
Previous experience in Media/Event Industry (preferable)
