Job Description
We are seeking a skilled HR Recruiter to join our team. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting candidates for various positions within the company. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruitment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, social media) and traditional methods (e.g., networking, referrals).
Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
Conduct interviews and assess candidates' relevant knowledge, skills, experience, and aptitudes.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and requirements.
Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, and making job offers.
REQUIRED
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
