Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with clients and candidates to fulfill hiring requirements on time.

Key Responsibilities:

Understand job requirements from clients or hiring managers
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and databases
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
Conduct initial HR interviews and assess candidate suitability
Schedule interviews between candidates and clients
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process
Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports
Negotiate salary and explain offer details to candidates
Coordinate documentation, offer letters, visa/work permit process (for overseas recruitment if applicable)
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates

Required Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good negotiation and convincing ability
Knowledge of recruitment portals and sourcing methods
Ability to work under targets and deadlines
Basic MS Office / Excel knowledge
Good organizational and follow-up skills

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Experience in recruitment / HR preferred (Freshers can also apply for junior roles)

Preferred:

Experience in overseas recruitment / manpower consultancy
Knowledge of interview coordination and documentation process
