Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Product Promotion and Customer Support Engineer to join our team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates with a background in Engineering (Bachelor's degree or Diploma) who are eager to apply their technical knowledge in a customer-facing environment. You will play an essential role in promoting our products, handling customer inquiries, providing technical support, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Product Promotion:
Promote and demonstrate company products to existing and potential customers, highlighting key features and benefits.
2. Inquiry Handling:
Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, providing accurate product information and resolving issues promptly.
3. Customer Support:
Assist customers with product setup, troubleshooting, and post-sales support to ensure their satisfaction.
4. Technical Assistance:
Provide basic technical support for product-related issues, guiding customers through common troubleshooting steps and escalating complex issues when necessary.
5. Documentation & Reporting:
Accurately record customer interactions in CRM systems and provide feedback reports on common issues, customer feedback, and product suggestion

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering [EC, EEE, E&I, IT, Applied Electronics]
