Responsible for ensuring that the product is compliant to Engineering specifications and Design requirements.
In-process inspection of Components, Assemblies, and Vehicles to the established criteria and specifications
Responsible in organising and successful execution of inspection points along the manufacturing stages including hold points, witness points, and quality gates.
Works closely together with Operations to ensure that quality is built-in to the product from the start.
Verification of Production’s self-inspection result.
Report Non-compliances, raise and communicate non-conformance reports, and ensure the containment action is initiated in a timely manner in order to minimize or eliminate its impact to QCD.
Analysis of the non-conforming products and quality related customer complaints, including issuing corrective action / preventative action; managing/tracking of corrective action through 8D Methodology.
Creation / revision of manufacturing check sheets and completion of Car History book. Maintain the project quality records and Verify the configuration integrity.
