Job Description

-Cost Estimation, Budget Management, Contract Administration, Quantity Surveying, Ø Risk Assessment, Cost Control.
-Conduct detailed quantity take-offs for E&I components based on project specifications.
-Prepare accurate cost estimates, considering materials, labor, and other relevant factors.
-Develop and manage project budgets for E&I aspects of Oil & Gas construction projects.
-Review and negotiate contracts with vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
-Perform ongoing quantity surveying to track and report on project progress.
-Identify potential risks related to E & l components and propose mitigation strategies.
-Implement effective cost control measures to optimize project expenditures.
Qualifications and Experience:
1. Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor. with a focus on E&l aspects in Oil & Gas construction projects.
3. Familiarity with industry-specific software (AS Quantity Surveyor or and tools. similar roles)
4. Strong understanding of relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
5. Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
