Job Description

Responsibilities:
1. Supervise and coordinate construction activities and operations on-site
2. Ensure that all work is carried out according to the project specifications and within the agreed time frame
3. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the Operations In charge
4. Enforce safety regulations and ensure that the construction site adheres to health and safety guidelines.
5. Conduct safety briefings and tool box talk to the on-site workers
6. Identify and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on-site.
7. Maintain accurate records and report the feedback on time.
8. Handle and coordinate with the customers effectively.
9. Supervise and coordinate with drivers, gangs, pump and plant operators for the smooth functioning of the project.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• RMC industry experience is an added advantage
