Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to manage daily operations on construction sites. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are completed safely, on time, and according to specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and coordinate daily site activities, ensuring compliance with project plans and specifications.
Manage a team of construction workers, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
Monitor site safety, enforce safety regulations, and conduct regular safety inspections.
Maintain effective communication with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project milestones are met.
Track project progress and report on timelines, delays, and any issues that arise.
Ensure the quality of work meets industry standards and client expectations.
Assist in resolving any on-site conflicts or issues promptly and effectively.
Prepare and maintain accurate site documentation, including reports, daily logs, and safety records.
