Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
• Must be fluent in English communication
• Should have good interpersonal skills
• Must be passionate about sales
• A proven track record in a similar industry is desirable
• Conduct market research to identify potential customers and industries.
Generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, and
social media.
• Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to prospective customers. Present
products/services to potential customers, highlighting their benefits and features.
Answer questions and address customer concerns to build trust and rapport.
• Sales Pitch: Deliver a compelling sales pitch to convince customers of the value of our
products/services. Customize sales presentations based on customer needs and
preferences.
• Customer Relationship Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer
information in the CRM system. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and
address any issues or concerns.
• Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the features and benefits of our
products/services. Continuously update knowledge about industry trends and
competitors.
• Team Collaboration: Coordinate with the sales team to share information, strategies,
and best practices. Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure customer
satisfaction.
Qualification: High school diploma; degree in Marketing or related field is a plus.
Previous experience in telemarketing or sales is highly desirable.
