Job Description

VAAN is an e-mobility startup brand that was founded in 2017, focusing on the development of e-bikes, e-Mopeds, e-scooters and e-boats.
VAAN is associated with Benelli, Italy for engineering its products and has its branding and design done by Kiska, Austria, owned by KTM. At present, we have a subsidiary/assembly plant near Varapuzha, Kochi and an exclusive store at Atria Mall, Mumbai along with a total of 45+ dealerships across India.
Currently, we are looking for out for smart and vibrant candidates to join our Sales team:
Role : Customer Care Executive
The Customer Care executive's responsibilities include updating the sales database system on a regular basis, upselling and cross-selling to existing customers. You should also be able to conduct research on market trends and competitors' products.
To be successful as an Customer Care executive, you should be persuasive and committed to achieving sales goals. Ultimately, a top-performing Customer Care executive should be able to demonstrate strong negotiation, communication, and customer service skills at all times.

Responsibilities
- Manage inbound leads through phone calls and chats
- Identify and assess customer needs to offer required resolutions
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer through open and interactive communication
- Achieve individual/team targets and call handling quotas
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution is delivered as planned
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Take the extra mile to engage customers and ensure positive feedback

Requirements and Skills
- Proven experience as a Tele Caller
- Track record of over-achieving targets
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Familiarity with CRM tools and best practices
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (English, Hindi)
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Job Location: Varapuzha, Kerala
Experience 6 months - 1 year
Candidates in and around Kochi preferred.
