We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented Telecallers to join our sales team. The Junior Associate Inbound Sales will be responsible for handling inbound calls, providing exceptional customer service, and promoting company products/services. Key Responsibilities:
• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries.
• Provide detailed information about our products and services.
• Assist customers in placing orders, processing requests, and solving issues.
• Achieve sales targets and other performance metrics.
• Maintain accurate customer records.
• Address customer complaints and queries with empathy and professionalism.
• Follow-up with potential leads to ensure high conversion rates.
• Contribute to team goals and collaborate with colleagues to achieve company objectives.
• Keep up to date with product knowledge and updates.
Required Skills:
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to handle inbound calls effectively and professionally.

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity wit Excel.
Qualifications:
• Minimum qualification: Degree or Diploma.
• Previous experience in a similar role.

Salary + Incentives
Work Hours: 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM
